Virtual Earth is a Google Maps clone, that in some parts looks even better. They integrated a "blog this!" button - but the demo video suggests that this feature just works with MSN Spaces - not so cool.

Microsoft again proofs that they are a very talented second mover. They have no creativity - but a lot! of power to create good products out of others ideas.
